Shrove Tuesday is celebrated across the world, we have pancakes here.. but in New Orleans they have one hell of a party - Mardi Gras. Literally translating to fat tuesday it marks the night before lent and the people take to the streets with parading, dancing, wild masks and carefree abandon to get their sinnin’ done...
