The Comedy About A Bank Robbery description
Dominic Cavendish from The Telegraph said this is "Quite simply, this is the funniest show in the West End", "You keep thinking this is as good as it gets - then it gets better". And The Times led it a “Fast and fabulous comedy caper” and a “joyful night out." The signs are looking good, audiences are mobbing the venue and tickets are selling like hot cakes. The Comedy About a Bank Robbery has arrived!
Mischief Theatre is the crazy team behind a string of smash hit stage comedies. So what's the story? When a huge, priceless diamond is stashed for safety in a city bank, it seems like a good idea. On the downside everyone in this particular town is as dodgy as it gets. Even the local seagulls are thieves. What could possibly go wrong? In a nutshell, absolutely everything.
Written by the hugely talented Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields, the show's booking has been extended to autumn 2017 and is perfect for anyone aged 11 or over. The Mischief Theatre Company is based in London, on the scene since 2008 when a bunch of graduates and students from The London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art formed their own organisation... and the rest is history.
Grab tickets while you can – this classic farce of a comedy is set to sell like mad.
