So what’s the score? Come Alive delivers oodles of amazing circus artistry blended with the best in musical theatre to create sheer live-on-stage magic for the whole family. If you adored the 2017 movie, you’ll love this show.
The story of P.T Barnum with a difference
The story follows the legendary circus man P.T. Barnum, whose vision of the perfect entertainment and desire to provide for his family delivered him from humble beginnings to create the world’s first ever circus. Barnum celebrated uniqueness, collecting together a diverse group of performers to showcase their brilliance despite the social prejudice they experienced.
Inspired by the film but telling a fresh new story, the show delves into the nature of acceptance, the power of self-discovery and the pursuit of dreams, revealing how we can only be happy when we embrace our individuality, however unusual it might be, and feel like we belong.
The music might be familiar, including plenty of songs from the beloved movie, classics like This Is Me, Rewrite the Stars, A Million Dreams, Tightrope, and The Greatest Show.
