This is a one man show by Mike Birbiglia, described as ‘Broadway’s greatest comic storyteller’. He’s on stage at the West End’s Wyndhams Theatre for a limited run of this smash hit show, a treat for autumn 2023. It’s a coming of age story with a difference, a tale that whisks us away on a very funny journey exploring the big themes of life, death, and a YMCA pool that’s brimming with chlorine.
Billed as perfect for anyone from twelve years old upwards, it enjoyed a string of rave reviews in the USA, playing to sold out venues. It’s on stage for four weeks only, from 12th September to 7th October 2023, and the producers are delighted to be involved. Sue Wagner, John Johnson, Patrick Catullo, and Seaview say working with Mike is a joy, and they are “thrilled to bring his hilarious and life-affirming comedy to the West End this Autumn.”

The comedian’s brilliant storytelling led to sell-out shows right across the USA, most recently at the Vivian Beaumont Theater on Broadway.
As well as a beloved comic, Birbiglia is also a critically acclaimed director and actor. He has sold out numerous solo shows and has delighted audiences in the movies with The Fault in Our Stars, A Man Called Otto, and Trainwreck.
